HR ANALYTICS

We’re experts at advising on complex people analytics challenges. We have deep expertise in team capability building and in the technical aspects of data science using statistical and machine learning methods. Our ideas have appeared in HBR and Forbes.

For examples of our thought leadership in the analytics space, see our influential book, The Power of People. This book has been on the reading list of many analytics courses, including at Stanford University. According to The Atlantic, it was one of the books used to train ChatGPT, without consent.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT

MeasureCo are experts in psychological assessment. We have been regular judges for SIOP’s annual Hogan award to select the research paper with the biggest chance to positively impact practice.
