MeasureCo was founded by Dr Nigel Guenole, whose work on assessment and people analytics has shaped practice at the world's largest organisations. His research has appeared in the Harvard Business Review, The Economist, and Forbes.
He is an elected fellow of American Psychological Association’s Division 14, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), for contributions to assessment science and a chartered psychologist.
